Cantina 76 - Columbia

We really enjoyed our time and dinner at Cantina 76 as a family. The atmosphere was fantastic and the food was delicious. I ordered four different tacos and all of them tasted very good. I would recommend the brisket and the buffalo chicken. Stop in if you are downtown and want to enjoy a nice environment with great food! Enjoy!

Downtown Columbia can be considered a melting pot of good food, entertainment, and fun times. And when you're in search of a new favorite lunch spot, it can be a little overwhelming. Luckily for us, a friend recommended Cantina 76. Oh my goodness, I thought I'd be transported to another life for the just that good. We were seated immediately, and our order was taken shortly after. The waiter was polite, competent, and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious! Would definitely recommend and revisit. I didn't have time to write my usual review, but I've provided photos. Hope you get a chance to check out the awesome place.

We went for lunch on a weekend. It’s almost busy every time of the weekend but we were able to get a table immediately. We ordered Veggie Tacos, Chips and Salsa, Chicken chimichanga, Spicy Peruvian taco and Chicken Enchilada. All the food was extremely tasty and warm. The taste is very fresh and they have good cocktails too! They have screens playing football and soccer matches for sports lovers. Staff were very welcoming. Will definitely recommend to others and will be visiting again.

Passing through Columbia and picked this place at random on Main St. for a place to have lunch. The service and food was excellent. The mild salsa we chose to have with the chips was outstanding. The menu is set up so you can mix and match different items like the tacos and enchiladas. You also have to order the chips separately. I ordered blackened shrimp tacos with a chicken enchilada supreme with verde sauce. We also had vegetarian tacos. The verde sauce was the best I ever had. I thought the total cost was comparable to other Mexican restaurants, but the quality of the food was much better at Catina 76. Looking forward to returning and trying the margaritas and dinner.

Amazing experience, sat at the bar. The bar staff is friendly as ever, they are knowledgeable and give out solid recommendations. This review may be impacted by happy hour price margs but $43 for 5 margs 4 tacos and fried ice cream is truly an experience. The atmosphere is accompanied by a solid euphoric playlist and nice chatted from other customers. Definitely recommend stopping here.
