Anyone who only has to come an hour and drive somewhere knows that this is a long time. And who's doing this for lunch? No restaurant ever!!! Bad management, scheduling or time... or all above. Bojangles has lost my business forever! Wait for a refund from the location to Broadriver Rd from using their app. I never received food or refund or a call from companies.
In a world where we fight for good and nurturing workers. I'm glad I stopped from the Bojangles on Harbison. I hope I got his name right. I visited this place on weekends (darell or Jared). He was wonderful, he was respectful, the only person who worked the front, he served us with a smile, although he didn't have much help. He served me several times, although he had many customers to take care of himself. He had a great prioritization with such a hectic workload. This man and the three workers in the back need an increase! Please reward these workers for being present and serving with gratitude, thank you!
Where do I start? Waiting for the counter to welcome 10 minutes. Service not friendly at all. No potatoes or napkins. 15 minutes for dinner. From toilet paper to men's room. The room was a disaster. The worst restaurant experience ever.
Today at 4:00 am on site. I was two on my way. I don't go much to Bojangles, so maybe that's normal, but it took almost 20 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and a drink. Then the food was cold. I work with limited time for breaks, and that was over frustrating. Whoever it was, taking orders in the window, looked like a love in headlights with zero customer service skills. My guess is that they were given a short hand and I could have worked with it, but nothing was said.
We?ve been in the area for a few months now and service has ALWAYS been very nice. But this morning, Ms Ieshua was not in her ?best? customer service mood. Special Note: if you?re in a customer facing role remember you may be the first experience of a person?s day attitude is everything no excuses.
