Bertucci's - Columbia

Homecoming night for my daughter her boyfriend so we decided to have dinner here. The server was fantastically attentive. This is an ordinary meeting place for my husband we never disappointed. We stopped taking photos before it was a long day, so we were all hungry?

We took advantage of their buy one pizza--get one free promotion. I cannot rave enough about the veggie pizza. It was very colorful and appetizing with the variety of veggies, and surprisingly delicious. If you love veggies like I do, you will find this pizza heavenly.

We've been here many times in the past, but it's been a while. Dinner out with my wife. The pizza, wood-fired, was as great as I remembered it to be. The waitstaff was wonderful. Was not very noisy. Location is very easy to get into and out of. Overall just a nicer place for dinner. We'll definitely come again!

Visited with some friends a few weeks ago. After sitting for the nearly the whole meal while we waited on our entrees to be slowly brought out separately we finally had to ask for the check so we could leave for our appointment even though we hadn?t finished eating. I never did receive my pizza ordered. When I asked the waitress she said she forgot to put it in. I gave them another chance. My husband and I ordered to go tonight so we would know what we wanted would get ordered. After picking it up and getting home, we were given a plain pepperoni pizza instead of the much anticipated ultimate Bertuccis pizza. Not only is the pizza given a cheaper pizza than the one ordered, it was smaller than the one ordered. Not sure I can even venture another try in the future. When we got there, the ambiance was very professional and well-kept. But everything else was very low balled. Our drinks, especially my lemonade I got tasted strange. And even though we had gotten there first before others did, we still got our food after them which I find strange. In total, we spent around 20 minutes waiting for a singular pizza that ended up being quite disgusting, along with the service being quite iffy as well. The only thing keeping me from giving this place 1 star, is how well-kept it looked. Though in general I would not recommend.
