The customer service was extremely poor and unpleasant. The manager displayed a lack of professionalism.

I really enjoy the food at this restaurant. While the service could use some improvement, the chefs and manager are warm and welcoming.

The food was fresh and served hot. The peach lemonade is absolutely delightful. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the portions are generous, especially when it comes to the rice.

I had a terrible experience when I called to place my order. After noticing that it was incorrect on the receipt, I was met with arguments about what I had actually ordered. I received a small container of ranch dressing for my large salad, and the wings were dry when I specifically requested them to be wet lemon pepper. When I asked for more dressing, the staff responded with a nasty attitude and said it would cost me 50 cents for extra. Overall, the service was just sloppy, and it seems like they might have new employees who need training. The manager also had a rude tone in her voice, but she did issue a refund. I preferred to not have them fix my order, as I felt uncomfortable with the vibes they were giving off.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I called in my order but still had to wait for it to be prepared. The cooks apparently burned my fried chicken that was supposed to go on my salad, and I ended up waiting a long time just to receive my salad. To make matters worse, I found hair in it. I would not recommend this place to my family or friends. If possible, please avoid this restaurant—it's really not worth it.
