Pizza Hut - Columbia Falls

I wish I could give zero stars. After waiting for 40 minutes, they delivered the wrong pizza! The only solution they offered was to send the correct one without any credit for the mix-up. After such a long wait, who wants that?

We visited Pizza Hut for family night, but we were disappointed to find that there was no salad, no pizza, and no pasta available. How can it be considered a buffet with no food?

Great staff! I really appreciate the amazing people working here, even though they deserve better pay. I didn't want to wait for the pizza to be cooked, so I placed a takeout order, which took about 20 minutes—not too bad. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't order a stuffed crust, which is a must for me. The pizza itself was very thin—more like bread with just a small amount of sauce and cheese. Overall, it just didn't meet my expectations.

When was the last time you enjoyed pizza in a restaurant? Hot food—what a refreshing idea! Our waitress was fantastic. They didn’t have iced tea available, but she graciously offered to make it just for us, as they did in the past!
