Sumabi - Colton

I have gone here multiple times over the last 2 years I've spent hundreds of dollars on sumabi supporting the food and small business. The last couple of times the quality of food wasn't up to par. As well as it is being the third time they have forgotten an item. I always have to double check my order and inform staff of there error. Paid $97 dollars this last time prices have gone up significantly. Sumabi was worth the 30 min drive iat one point sadly not anymore .

Amazing food, great service. Recommended for anybody who wants to try something new and fresh.

Food is great, EVERYTIME. But it sucks when you order by phone, they say 15-20 mins and when you come after 25 mins, they forgot to start your food so you now have to wait 32 mins. Especially in a rush.

Great sushi spot here in Colton. You have to try it some time. It's definitely worth it!

Sumabi is quite the disappointment. They seem to have forgotten about the community that welcomed them with open arms. After gaining some popularity, they hiked their prices across the board without any acknowledgment of it. They just claim it's due to market changes, but paying $6 for a taco that used to be $3.50 is ridiculous. The so-called "baby face" is a laughing matter, and I can't help but look forward to their downfall. It’s clear they’ve copied from Miguel’s sushi without owning up to any of their mistakes. Their focus is on Instagram fame rather than quality service, and it's frustrating to see prices soar due to greed while the kitchen staff still earn minimum wage.
