My 2 doordash orders were sitting in front of employees faces for 10 minutes I wasted my time 8/20/21 very upset and extremely poor customer service

The wait was so long they initially told us it would take 25 min which turned into almost an hour. But they did make it up to us by giving us two free two sodas and 50% off our next purchase. The pizzas were good even though they were cut poorly

We just placed an order and it was quick, fresh and easy. I did everything online and I was able to track the order as it was being prep-baked-made-ready it even had a spot to know that it was picked up. I really appreciate that because right now you just don't want to wait around the whole time wondering or asking. So that little thing is helpful, makes it very easier. I was able to order online very easy to do nothing to difficult at all. I don't know how I felt about the jalapeño poppers I ordered Im still trying to get better so it's hard to say. The pizza and crust were great I enjoyed how soft and delicious the pizza was definitely would go back and order from here again

TRASH....ordered a pizza at 8:45......it's been 2 hours and still no pizza, what a joke. Going to call and demand a refund, thanks for ruining dinner. **** like this is unacceptable. What the hell happened to my pizza? The tracker said 35 Minutes. What a waste of time. Totally unacceptable. You guys suck.

Over exhausted. Guess nothing changes. Was told they would get better. Sadly last order manager offered free pizza it was so bad. I never took them up on it. Ordered NY slice. Don't be fooled same dough, asked well done, was still slimy and undercooked. Paid $35 dollars for all the fixings I wanted. Basically all the ingredients thrown in center of the pizza. Could get three perfectly put together and cooked pizzas at pieology for this disgusting mess. Ordered Monday night at 8:30pm on line.
