Kelley Cafe - Colorado City

My sister and I had a late lunch in the kelley cafe on the way to home from an eastern texas family meeting on the commemorative day. we sat immediately after our drink order. after the order we were served very quickly. the meal was filling and delicious. the hospitality was excellent. it is worth stopping when they are hungry and drive through colorado city, Texas.

Very funny place a restaurant in a former school cafeteria.

That was delicious. came had twice a patty melted the first time and the second I had a chickenerquesadilla. both plates were great. is coming back.

With my family in the Kelley Café. this place is great! they give them great portion size for their money! they always have beautiful music. the server is fast and friendly. this was a school for the first, second and third grade. a local dame didn't want to see that it was going to ruin, so they turned it into a caffe together with other local businesses. if they are ever in the neighbourhood, then I highly recommend this place!

First of all it is sacrilegious in the state of Texas to advertise queso on your menu then actually serve canned convenience store style nacho cheese sauce, completely ruined my entree with it. The cheese on my son's cheese lover burger was cold and not melted, the cheese on my other son's chicken breast wasn't melted either it was also a cheap imitation cheese product slice. Drove out of my way to pay 90 bucks for canned and fake cheese on frozen pre-made burger patties. On a positive note the homemade hot sauce was awesome but other than that a complete disappointment
