Przekaż informację zwrotnąI stayed at a place where the experience was quite poor. The stairs were often crowded with people, which made it feel like I was in a third-world country. To make matters worse, they didn't have backup generators, and there was also no water available.
The drive-thru experience was quite chaotic, and the person taking orders was difficult to hear and swore on the loudspeaker. Overall, I would rate the food a 3/5.
Absolutely terrible experience. Fast food? More like slow food. I waited 20 minutes for a hamburger, and there were only two other cars ahead of me in line. The employee seemed robotic, lacking any emotion or even a greeting when handing me my food. Customer service? Not here! The burger tasted like mush, and the fries were as unappetizing as styrofoam. Wendy’s is off my list for good. I’d rather chew on cardboard and drink from a urinal than deal with the awful taste I experienced at this Wendy's location.
On two recent occasions, exceptionally great service and even better, food that reminded me of my FIRST Wendy's experience!! Even the bathroom was clean. The french fries were fantastic! We ordered the new/limited time Strawberry Frosty delicious. The chicken nuggets, spicy nuggets, and chicken sandwich were awesome, too! Thanks to the Staff and Managers running this location didn't disappoint!
I have an rude “we are closed” at 12:02 clock. 2 minutes after switching off. great customer service skills lmao idk why I expect a little more from wendys employees. remain in school
