Dunkin' - Colonie

My partner visited this location with his service dog and was turned away by a manager, who also refused to give him the food he had already paid for because of the service animal. Thankfully, he received a refund, but it's disappointing since Dunkin' is supposed to be animal-friendly.

Unfortunately I just treated an extremely rude person in the window. the person who threw me out was very pleasant. When I told him that my order was wrong, he said they had a debate about it. this other hired took the coffee and poured it on the rinse. she poured a new one and put her in the window with a very annoyed print. then continued to slam the window. I wanted to ask her to come back and asked her if there was a problem with my order. she said no, killed the window again and left. my coffee is now in the müll.

The sweetest personal, always super fast. they all deserve a raise in salary. i this location 10/10

They had no chocolate milk for sale, so they suggested that they make one of the ground up and it was amazing. we recommend this location. all were super nice!

Outstanding service paired with superb coffee! While we don't always get our ideal coffee at Dunkin, this location has truly perfected it to our taste!
