I should have paid closer attention to the reviews before taking my family here for some birthday dessert. As soon as we walked in, the place looked messy and had a strange smell. We thought it wouldn't be too bad since we were only there for dessert, but we were mistaken. Ignoring the dirty floors and tables, we were disappointed with the molten lava cake and the skillet chocolate chip cookie. Having enjoyed these desserts many times at different places, I can say the cookie was completely undercooked, and there was hardly any ice cream on the molten lava cake. Additionally, the cake itself was barely warm, indicating it wasn't cooked properly since it was leaking liquid. The only positive aspect was our server, who was polite, kind, and always smiling. However, I know I won't be returning to this location.

I ordered a burger, while my wife chose a salad. I requested some toppings to be left off my burger, and I was assured that it wouldn't be a problem. To my surprise, the food arrived quickly, which was great since we wanted to continue our trip soon. Sadly, the salad was inedible, so we had to send it back. The cook didn't honor my request to omit the toppings from the burger, but since I was hungry, I decided to remove them myself. The fries were also quite mediocre and lacked seasoning. On a positive note, our server was very friendly and understanding, ensuring that we weren't charged for the salad. Overall, I would only consider returning if there were no other options available. Perhaps it was just an off day, but the order was simple, and the food quality left much to be desired.

Great good. Quick bite to eat we had a gift card we had to use. This was my first time at a chili's I had steak loaded mashed and asparagus my meal was cooked to my liking everything was great. My husband had one of the speciality burgers that he alsoenjoyed. We had some of the 2 for 1 beers to drink. Our server was so friendly. The only issue I have is that our food come outbefore our appetizer did. Another server dropped our food off to us and our server came by a minute later with the app and sheapologizeling for the order everything came out. But all in all a great visit and good food.

My recent experience at the restaurant was truly unparalleled, and our server, Liz, was the main reason for that. From the moment we were greeted until dessert was served, she was attentive and helpful, bringing an enthusiasm that is rarely seen in food service these days.

Both Cajun pasta dishes came with hardly any sauce. I even ordered extra sauce for both, but I didn't receive it on the side or with the food. I couldn't eat the pasta at all. As for the mango tea I ordered, it was just plain tea—there was no mango or even a bit of sugar to sweeten it. I'm really disappointed.
