When I get to the drive thru, the employee asks me if I ordered a 12-piece wing. I said no, I ordered a family meal and told her my name. She said the order had already been picked up. After she told me several times that she can't do anything and that someone already caught it, she told me that it happened quite often? She told me to call society that I have no answer from them. And after her rude attitude everything, but ?go away? I left. Do you apparently not have at this KFC where they take random people eating other peoples who have been paid for already and who does not provide an excuse or replacement for a mistake that could? ve was prevented if the employees and managers took care of something more about their work.
Do not order from this KFC the order will miss item and is always wrong every time
The chicken sat under the light too long, my crispy chicken was rubbery and greasy. I prefer Bojangles, I don't know why I stopped here.
Picked up cole slaw and a soft drink. Both were excellent.
While the stressed out person at the drive through did her absolute best ..they opened thirty minutes late with an additional fifteen minute wait for the food. All employees but two had called out.
