When we entered the restaurant, it was nearly empty, but it took them almost an hour to bring out only half of our order - just two out of three dishes. Their only explanation was that they were busy.

This is the top vegan food place in town! The food is safe, super tasty, and of high quality. I love that the restaurant never compromises on quality and is always improving. They also regularly update their menu with interesting and innovative dishes. I can't wait to see what new vegan twists they come up with next!

The customer service at the Bandarawela New Olive Shop was very poor. I ordered seafood fried rice for 850 rupees, but they charged me 950 rupees on my debit card. When I complained about this, I had to wait 5 minutes for assistance. The man at the cashier only gave me 100 rupees back without offering any apology for the mistake. The food preparation was also very slow, and we had to wait 20 minutes to pick up our order.
