Fast Service. Good drive through. The ordering can be done using the touch screen which I find makes your ordering process less hectic as no one is standing behind you waiting. Clean eating place. Play area is closed due to but it was clean when it was operating. Have a place for private parties also but that too is closed due to the pandemic.

Immence number of foods could be selected as you choice

Very rude customer service. there's a door which they have indicated exit only but i have personally seen many people who wear formal or official suits coming in while the staff was aware about it. but whenever a person who's old or poor looking enters from that door they address them in very rude manners and make them come from the front door. one person was with his little school child even. everyone turned around and looked at them including my self. imagine how that person will feel and will he ever feel like coming in after chasing out like that. over to respected officials.

I think the first Mc Donald’s outlet I visited in Colombo.One of my favorite Crispy chicken. Mostly I ordered Wings Portion and The Famous Mac Rice. Those foods are really tasty and in consistent quality. I think only Mc Donald’s open till midnight sometimes when I working in the late night I used to order them through their mobile app. They are really responsive and give a quick service. The staffs are really helpful. The place is Calm and clean. Highly recommended.

It's been nearly two hours since we placed our order, and we still haven't received our delivery. After waiting for an hour and making our third call, we were told that the food would be on its way in the next ten minutes. That was over 30 minutes ago. Unfortunately, most other restaurants are closed now. When I asked the call center staff for a customer complaints email or phone number, they were very vague.
