Flamingo House - Colombo

After spending two weeks exploring the beautiful country, we had our last meal in Sri Lanka at this restaurant. It was perfect; the only error we made was ordering too much food because everything on the menu sounded amazing. The service was outstanding, and every dish we sampled was delicious. I tried the Flamingo House chilli rice special, which had a nice spicy kick to it and was absolutely delicious. The decor is charming and whimsical, and there is a cozy little bar where you can enjoy drinks after your meal.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food is exceptional, and the atmosphere is fantastic. It's perfect for a celebration with friends or a romantic dinner for two. You won't be disappointed, no matter the occasion.

I have dined at Flamingo House on multiple occasions and each experience has exceeded my expectations. The interior ambiance of the restaurant is unique and makes guests feel like they are in a special place where the owners have paid attention to every detail with love. The service staff is attentive, polite, and very knowledgeable about the menu, wine list, and cocktail pairings. The highlight, however, is always the food which never fails to impress and leaves me eagerly anticipating my next visit. I highly recommend the lamb shank, which literally melts in your mouth, followed closely by the hot toddy chicken.

This place looks like a typical Britis Pub but it is a restaurant with fusion food. Great ambience, friendly staff, excellent food. May be they can increase the variety on their menu. But highly recommended to try the place out

Our first time at this restaurant, we were really impressed by the place. It's very different than usual restaurant experience. Food was very good didnt had to wait too long. Not that expensive as well. Very delicious. Staff was always checking up on us. The staff member we had, as i recall Daminda, he was always standing where he can see us just in case if we needed him. Very good place to dine.
