A well-known address that leaves us a little disappointed. A vegetarian menu at 87€ which is in fact only a accompanying vegetable garden menu... because only vegetables found in the à la carte dishes. Nothing to say on the menu at 87€ of classic except that it is Excellent. The disappointing drink. Champagne excellent, good white wine, but a Saumur Champigny with lamb in sauce... fade and completely absent with lamb. The deal doesn't work at all. Very good Desserts But frankly, the coffee maker in a star is shameful. Not even a good expresso and even less choice. In such an address, it is more than a shame not to be able to finish on a good note.

Good simply,plat just hot,fish not cooked,pain asks not served immediately,fine nothing exceptional for a star,no kick,I think the star will not stay long

Having dinner at the restaurant and remember it, UNE ETOILE at GUIDE ROUGE, for a note for two (vin included at 418.00€: Positive points: The frame: The exteriors are very nice and the facade of the very beautiful establishment. The room, the living room are very well decorated and tasteful. The staff: Sympathic and sommelier is SUPER La Cuisine: Very elaborate, refined and succulent. The negative points: The toilets (Man: A very pretty faience and a very good taste decoration, but by lifting the head, the poorly painted window and apparent, inesthetic, poorly painted pipes too. (Sorry for an establishment of this class! The addition: An error in my favor (a bottle of wine not counting on the addition , being an integral and honest person (rather rare nowadays ; , so I remark the staff of the establishment. Corrected addition but without a COMMERCIAL GEST, offering me the digestive would have pleased me. Conclusion: A pleasant evening but for months that often frequents this kind of relatively disappointed establishments. So two stars to the comments.
