Da tre anni sono un habitué di questo ristorante e mi sono sempre trovato meravigliosamente. C'è una grande varietà e voglia di sperimentare per quanto riguarda il menu, che si basa principalmente su ottime carni piemontesi, ma varia molto a seconda delle stagioni, con primi piatti sempre nuovi e decisamente intriganti (l'ultimo in ordine di tempo è un piatto di linguine alla carbonara di gamberi ed erba cipollina, veramente stupefacente). La selezione di vini è eccezionale, con il Piemonte che domina ma con alcune piacevoli sorprese internazionali (alcuni rossi francesi leggendari per qualità e prezzo, poco conosciuti al grande pubblico, in particolare un Pineau D'Aunis ottenuto da vigne di 40 anni, con aromi assolutamente unici). È un faro luminoso nella zona in cui si trova. Provate!

If a person coming from outside Milan asked me for advice on where to go to eat, I would recommend the 100 Barolo di Cologno. I know, it's not in Milan, but it's worth getting out of the city a little to go and take a look around: you eat great, you drink divinely, the service and the environment will make you feel at home. Umberto is always ready to joke with you, and your every need will be listened to. Try the Alba-style raw meat, the best tartare I've tried so far (and I've eaten a lot), it will melt in your mouth.
