We got a bag of chips, two skinny combos, salad and soup. Paid $23 dollars. Wow you can't find value like that anymore!!!

All the employees do is just talk to friends while there is a huge line. No point in ordering in advance when people standing in line get theirs quicker.

Terrible customer service the employees are very rude and nasty. Don't waste your money on this potbelly there are other ones that will appreciate your business

Chicken salad sub was just okay. Not much taste. The mini oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are underbaked and salty. Last batch I got a couple weeks ago were great. But these I’ll be discarding.

This place couldn't get a sandwich order right if their life depended on it.
