Filo Tempo - Colmar

Visited tonight...four of us..three of which had fillet steak with pepper sauce..best steak i had in years..menu is limited with pasta and pizzas being the mains. Dont let this put you off. Food is cooked to your liking

After a long day walking around Chateau Haut-Königsburg and the Christmas Market in Colmar, we were very happy to find this place by chance. We were two families with 5 kids in total and most restaurants we tried to book looked at our group and simply said "complet". Service was great, everyone got something they liked and we could watch the Chef make the 1-meter pizza. We had pasta, pizza and salads and everything was good, as well as reasonably priced. If you do not like to dine with guests that have children, this is not the restaurant for you. They have take-out though :).

A buffet normally worries me but actually Filo Tempo was very nicely presented and the food was pretty good. The place was very busy (on a Saturday night) but the buffet is spread over a large area separated neatly into different sections so this was not a problem at all. There is waiter service for drinks and clearing the table between courses which was very efficient. We had a lovely selection of antipasti, pasta in all shapes and sizes, plenty of salad and other veg, all finished off with a selection of several 'shots' of yummy desserts and ice cream. This is slightly on the southern outskirts of Colmar but easy enough to get to if you have a car and there is plenty of free parking.

Paul is a chain of bakery stores that offers a nice selection of sandwiches, pastries, etc.__Service at this location is good, though the shop itself

This place served me the worst cappuccino I've ever had - and I mean ever.
