We went there years ago and we wanted to split two types on one pizza. They forced us to buy two pizzas at a higher costs and we could not finish it. Never been back since.

The service here is great! The food is awesome as well If you are looking for a home style breakfast don't miss this place if you are in the area. not much else to say!

We had a great day fishing and finished the day with a great meal with wonderful service. My son's pizza was thick and tasty, loaded with meat and cheese. My husband's steak was cooked a perfect medium-rare and very tender. I was very pleased with my pork souvlaki was nicely seasoned and accompanied by a light tzatziki sauce, garden-fresh roasted potatoes and a Greek salad. We were very happy with our meal and very impressed with the friendly and efficient service from our sever, Cayla. Looking forward to our next visit.

Had a pizza it was excellent tons of topping crust was terrific! Thank you chef for making us a loaded great pizza at closing time. We called and they were closing but they offered to cook for us if we wanted to pick it up. They ended up calling a local delivery company to deliver to our hotel. The lady that answered the phone on Oct 12 2014 thank you for all the effort to send us our pizza.

Popiel 's has come of age. It is now one of our favourite stops while in the Crowsnest Pass. The new dinner menu is excellent. I am a huge fan of the fact that they are serving up smoked meat, smoked pork ribs, beef bones and more. I can only speculate that their is a new chef or that the owners have grown into their roles nicely. Service has improved exponentially over the past year. If you previously had 'less than stellar ' service here then you need to give them a second try! They seem to have hit the right mix of staff. The only one negative, I mentioned in my original review was that is is very unfortunate that everyone is forced to have breakfast buffet on Sunday. I won 't speak directly to the food on the buffet but I will say, Give me the option to order fresh food from the menu and then I will be back for breakfast on Sunday .
