Hot Rods - Collooney

It’s only good for petrol. I would not even get coffee there anymore. Bad staff and owners must not care as it has not improved. Read the reviews please!

Called in here on Sunday for a takeaway, food was perfect but some of your staff would need a reality check and should not be in a 'front of house ' position in your takeaway, a female middle aged member of staff working in Hot Rods before 1.30pm had the most arrogant manner when dealing with customers, she clearly did not want to be there, it paints Hot Rods in a very bad light to be honest, perhaps she would be better off out back cleaning pots and pans.

Poorly managed Used to be a much better place to come to- Seating area closed anytime I come (always looks from outside that it’s open) probably just to get you in, not much good if a person can’t sit down for 15mins after a long day on the road Staff have very little customer service skills Burger and chips took 25mins to be served Obviously poor management

Slowest takeaway EVER! And amazingly the food was still stale… STAY AWAY staff are rude and useless with food slow and stale. Would give it zero stars if it was an option

Terrible service, the girls serving were miserable looking, the food was awful, burgers had no taste, no coke only sprite, the tables were filthy, certainly won't be returning here
