There is only one car parked in the parking lot, which I assume belongs to the staff. There are now two cars in front of me waiting to pick up their orders, and I'm not sure how much longer it will take. It feels like I am here primarily for the staff.
I had to wait 20 minutes just to place my order at this restaurant. The employees seemed to only be able to handle one task at a time, which was frustrating. They also prioritized car orders over in-person customers. After receiving my food, I didn't even get a thank you for paying. The lazy attitude of the staff was consistent throughout my visit. It's disappointing to see that they are paid more per hour for doing less work, resulting in poor service and low customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience was unpleasant and I would not recommend this place.
We had a great experience at the restaurant this evening and were very satisfied. The young man at the counter was very polite and attentive. The food was fresh and the restaurant was clean. It was refreshing to have a pleasant fast food meal again. Overall, we give it a 5/5 rating for the food.
Soda machines need calibrating I tried diet Coke Coca-Cola zero and diet Sprite all were horrible no syrup or very little. Onion rings were so overcooked they didn't even look like onion rings. And the White Castle burgers were ridiculously thin paper thin I bought 10 of them and was only able to eat five cuz I had to double on the meat and throw away the extra buns . On a good note the fish sandwich was delicious. Also I was there at 3:00 p.m. and they told me the lobby didn't open till 4:00 pm needless to say I won't be visiting there anymore.
Got here about 10pm last night. Waited in drive through line for 15 minutes. Got up to intercom and then was announced to us that they were not taking orders for another 45 minutes. I completely understand being short handed and the challenges related to that but put something up outside rather than making people wait in line then to tell them. I do not blame the workers this should be handled by management.
