Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The service is beyond horrible . It's like the staff are trained to be rude , slothfully slow, and 100% disinterested . Prepare for your experience to become even worse if/when they get your order wrong . Why are all Popeye's around here like this ? I would go there more often if I felt valued as a customer .

This restaurant is a complete disappointment. I walked in prepared to order chicken, only to be told that they were not serving it at 8:09pm, despite them closing at 10:00pm. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude. I would rather spend an extra 20 bucks somewhere else than deal with this nonsense. The staff at this place should be let go.

Waited 35 minutes in drive thru. Then my food was cold and did not get the dipping sauce I requested.

They really need to train their staff on customer service. If you don’t like your job QUIT!!! Food is hit or miss if they actually have some chicken ready smh GET IT TOGETHER OR GET A NEW STAFF!!

I’ve had minute issues in the past with this location but i tried to be understanding until tonight . I placed an order at 9:30 pm and the app took my money and told me they close at 10 . I arrived at 9:40 pm. All the drive thru lights were off and all the chicken was put away . To make things worse there was an associate sitting in the lobby on his phone. Now i have to wait to get my money back . Will not be returning . I’ll make the extra drive to Alton instead .
