Panther Cafe - Collinsville

My only problem with this restaurant is they aren't open every day of the week. When they do the rib plates, everyone needs to get one.

Amazing food and service! This is a small walk up place with a couple of picnic tables but the smokie rich flavor of the barbecue was big. After I ate my sandwich I went and got a second one to take home. Wally the gentleman that served me was so sweet and came out to bring my food and change to the car because if was really cold out.I will definitely be back. Best service I have had for a long time.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The cheeseburgers were incredible. When I arrived, there were three people at the counter, and I asked for their recommendations. They all said that the cheeseburgers are a must-try. So, we decided to go with those and also ordered a BBQ sandwich. The meals were a great value at $20.00, which included fries and drinks. Overall, it was an amazing meal!

We ordered the bacon cheeseburger meals and they were delicious, cooked fresh to our liking. The staff was exceptionally friendly.
