Arby's - Collinsville

Great service I have always given fresh sandwiches there, but I miss the potato cake,

Ordered two beef and cheddar sandwiches. When I got home, not only did I NOT get two beef and cheddar sandwiches, but they were two DIFFERENT sandwiches.

Food was fresh no problem but found a hair in my drink and was told we don't have straws so I couldn't even drink it anyway.

I don't normally leave a bad review, but this Arby's location struck out on 3 notes: lighting was burned out at the drive-through menu board so I couldn't read the menu (it was night), they were out of straws, and my traditional Greek gyro had very little meat on it. I've ordered this gyro at many locations but never did I get so little meat. Not a good experience.
