Subway - Collins

I ordered a six-inch sub with cold cuts and asked for two scoops of guacamole. When I sat down to eat, the sandwich was falling apart and not making it to my mouth. Not happy with it at all. I also needed more napkins. The service was disappointing.

I've worked in customer service for a long time, and I've always been told that the customer is usually right. I later learned that she had also been quite rude to my fiancé. At the end of our transaction, Deb attempted to sweeten things up, but it felt insincere. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is that the woman at the counter seemed inexperienced, likely due to Deb not training her properly. The food was decent, but if that general manager remains, I doubt the store will thrive.

The staff here are incredibly friendly. The restaurant is located inside the Pilot Travel Center. However, it's worth noting that this location does not accept the Subway App or any corporate discounts. Additionally, the restrooms were not up to the standard one might expect from a Pilot Center or Subway restaurant.

This is by far the best experience I have ever had at a Subway and we are no strangers to this franchise. My family and I were traveling and needed to make a pit stop. We noticed the Subwayas we pulled into convenience/gas station as they share thebuilding. It has a smaller dining area than most and with COVID that made seating very limited but most people were grabbingfood for the road being this is a semi-truck stopbut don't be to quick to judge a book by it's cover. We were treated likefamily at it's best. Sandwiches lacked nothing. Wish this was my normal Subway! 5 stars for terrific service and delicious food!
