Kelseys Original Roadhouse Collingwood

After waiting for 10 minutes at the restaurant, both our group and the party in front of us were denied service. We were informed that since our reservation was made online, it couldn't be honored because another group of 50 had just arrived.

Our service and server was excellent we had cheese dip and steak dinner and enjoyed the wine paid the whole bill with our scene points loved the modern mixed with rustic Will go back here for sure!

Unfortunately as is now the case with many service industry locations, staffing shortages is a big problem. The manager (poor guy) was playing hostess, runner even took our drink order. arrived 5 minutes late for a 6.15pm reservation Friday 13th, took almost 15 minutes to get to tell manager we had a 6.15pm reservation. we waited finally (another 15 minutes) as he went by, we asked who our server was, at which time he personally took our drink order. Food was up to Kelsey's standard. Like I said unfortunately we are experiencing more more these types of delays. Which is compounded when you have show tickets, allow 90 minutes for dinning, 15 minutes to get to the Gayety arrive late.

Krystal with a "K" was beautiful and captivating; she was a real delight to be around. I also met Markus, the manager, and things just kept getting better. Coming from a tourist town, I can say that these people are truly fantastic. If you're looking for the best Kelsey's, this is the place to be!

This place is overrated,the food is not that good,very over priced, Not very pleased,would not recommend
