The food is great here . The service is excellent. Pleasant atmosphere. There are different floors for different dining experiences. i.e. family dining on one floor, bar on another floor. Nice fire side booths. The menu is better than it ever was. fair prices. Good portions. Nice upper level patio.

This review has nothing to do with the food as i normally enjoy It! Tonight we decided to take my parents for dinner, my mother is in a wheelchair and has been for over 10 years and this is the FIRST time we have been turned away because the restaurant is NOT ACCESSIBLE! I parked in the handicap parking space and took my mother out of the car looking around for a ramp, when I couldn't find one I walked inside asking the hostess where the accessible entrance was, the first girl said she didn't know, the second girl said no we are not accessible. I was shocked and asked how someone in a wheelchair was suppose to get inside, she told me to walk the person up the stairs (again shocked). So next I asked where the bathrooms were if I were to walk my mother up the stairs and she told me they are on the BOTTOM Level... So even if I were to find a way to bring my disabled mother into the restaurant she wouldn't be able to access the bathrooms. In anger and disbelief I left and we continued on to a different restaurant to eat! I am in complete disbelief that in the year 2017 ALL restaurants are not available for EVERYONE to enjoy and be welcomed at. You seriously need to address this and also address how your hostesses address the customers who ask! UNACCEPTABLE

Friends and I went out for dinner and drinks the other night, it was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. We sat on the patio which was beautiful and easy to hear one another. Our server was so friendly and kind to us and we stayed for a couple hours and felt no pressure at all to leave, which we love when we go out. All our food was as expected for Kelsey's, the place was clean. It was a wonderful place for a long dinner out with friends.

Kelsey's has put some money into renovations and have revamped the menu, as well as improving upon staff. We stopped in on a whim last night and had a fantastic time. We were greeted warmly, had cheap late night eats and the service was second to none. We will return as regulars. Thanks, Kelseys. It's nice to see a local place make very positive improvements.

We had just been in another local establishment named after an Irish lass and had to walk out because the bar tender came out from behind the bar to carry empties to the back room, but not to take our order...really?
