Chuck Burger - Collingwood

Very pricey for what you get. For the family of 4 including a 6 and 9yr. cost us approx. $65 to eat for lunch and thats because additional stuff you think would be included like sauces for the nuggets for the kids was charged extra. Very small portions also.

Very friendly staff...fantastic burgers...very happy that they serve COKE products....small eating area but well maintained...clean washrooms...would definitely eat here again.

We were on a family weekend in Blue Mountain and decided to try Chuck Burger. What a mistake. Staff was unorganized. And most of all rude. When our order was ready I asked about the other order of fries but only one was in our take out bag. As opposed to having the staff advise me nicely that only one was paid for the member of the staff took the bill pointed to it and said " as I TOLD you, you only paid for one". I was going to pay for another order but did not and left disappointed. I wish I could rate this place a zero and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.Also check the temperature of your food as while we were waiting for our order three separate people came to the front with in poked burgers.

First off the staff were super helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were served and happy.I found the meat delicious but seriously for the price to put on a slice of processed cheese is just a money grab. Processed cheese is cheap and tasteless. If you are going to the trouble of having good meat and a decent bun then why ruin it with junk cheese. When I realized it was processed I asked that it not be put on and there was no price difference. There is no hamburger and they were all double meat. One patty would be sufficient for most people. My other concern is that there was no relish - what's a hamburger without relish!!! If you have a blue cheese burger I'll be back otherwise my money is better spent at the GCL as the burgers there are pretty darn good!

Great service.. the girl working the restaurant was very friendly and efficient. The food was fresh and very good.
