Baked and Pickled - Collingwood

My favorite lunch spot in Collingwood. Amazing food and a great staff. Could not recommend it enough.

Have been eating here a lot lately. It's so good. My kids love eating here and finally found a nice spot where my vegetarian wife can eat meatless and healthy. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I had been recommended by a coworker of mine to try this place out, since there's like zero variety when it comes to food in Collingwood, so we were super excited to hear about it. The chicken burrito I had was better than one that I got at Chipotle. It was authentic, and so flavorful! They definitely have a great variety of levels of spice, even for people like me who hate spicy food! I have yet to try the tacos (or anything else on the menu) but we will be going again tomorrow for dinner, and I can't wait to try something else!

I am new to Collingwood, after moving here from Texas, and have been craving good Mexican food from back home. Well, I finally found it here! I had the chorizo with spicy salsa (YUM! and my husband had the tacos, which he also loved. The staff was also very friendly, so we will now be making weekly visits so I can get my fix! :
