Papa John's Pizza - Collingswood

This location is fantastic! Our pizzas were late last night. No big deal. But today the store called us to apologize for the delay. Great customer service!

I saw on the internet Papa John's special of a big stuff crust pizza with ONE TOPPING. So I called to order because I wanted a pizza without a sauce and a topping of paprika. However, when I called to order the person who took my order, I could not understand because of language barrier. As a result, I have a white pizza... but no paprika. You can see on the receipt that I ordered pepperoni on my pizza, but the employee misunderstood. I called the store to tell them that my order was wrong, as a result that a manager named Trey answers and gave me another white pizza... this time with Paprikas as originally asked. Thank you, Trey.

Update: Another great experience. Martell was really helpful and the food was great as always. The food was hot and ready when we arrived. The employee who works tonight was super nice and accommodating. I can say he's proud of his work, because the pizza he made for us was the best Papa Johns we had. Thank you.
