I can’t find the right words to describe just how fantastic this meal was. I visited with friends for a weeknight dinner (definitely make a reservation, as it was quite busy) and was completely impressed. The carpaccio resembled a deconstructed pho, making for a very unique appetizer. All the pasta dishes were amazing, but the gnudi was truly extraordinary—light and fluffy, with a savory filling that had just a touch of mint. You’ll definitely want more than one serving!

Hearthside is my top choice for dining! I adore the chef's counter, the ambiance, and of course, the delicious food!

For our main courses, we enjoyed scallops and trout. The scallops were buttery and delicious! To finish off our meal, we tried the gelato, which tasted more like ice cream but was still delightful. One thing to note is that this restaurant may not satisfy those with larger appetites—the portions are on the smaller side. My fiancé was a bit let down by the size and left feeling slightly hungry, while I was okay with it. Just be prepared to order more than just a main course. The service was exceptional; our table was cleared after each course, and fresh silverware was provided. The staff was well-informed about the menu, adding to the overall experience. Dining here felt like a true treat, and we will definitely return!
