Slim Chickens - Collierville

This restaurant did not live up to the high standards of service they advertise. I ordered a light salad without meat and was served nothing but a bag of lettuce, completely devoid of dressing. I asked for Texas toast but was given plain white bread instead. The lemonade was incredibly bitter—I'd have been better off pouring it down the drain! Slim Chickens, you really need to step up your game. It wasn't even busy when I visited, so there's no excuse for such a careless mix-up. I have photos to illustrate my experience, but I'm unable to share them!

I encountered a minor issue with my order, but they promptly replaced it without any fuss. The customer service is exceptional, and their chicken strips are fantastic! On the downside, the lemon pepper wings were quite disappointing; they were as flavorless as plain lettuce. If they could enhance those lemon pepper wings, I'd be inclined to give them a full 5 stars. On a brighter note, the cheesecake served with pecan pie is truly delightful!

Although there aren't as many healthy choices as you'll find at Chick-fil-A, the flavor is definitely comparable, if not superior. I went during lunchtime, and even though it was quite busy, my order came out quickly and was exactly as I expected. (I didn't make any special requests.)

The service was excellent, and the restaurant had a clean and inviting atmosphere. The Cajun chicken sandwich was alright, but it was clear that the chicken was overcooked. I'm not certain if it had been prepared earlier in the day or simply cooked for too long. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience.

I attempted to express my disappointment over the phone, but it rang once before I was met with a busy signal. I tried several times but had no luck. Tomorrow, I’ll be returning their rubbery wings and cold fries. I don't intend to come back here again! I guess I'll just have cereal for dinner tonight!
