Newk's Eatery - Collierville

Waited over an hour for food, all of the employees stood around while 2 people did all the work. They didn’t give us half our order either. The manager didn’t seem to care that his employees weren’t working either.

Stopped in to pick up lunch on our way home from Byhalia, MS. First time in here. The young lady who took our orders was very pleasant.

Very slow and took up most of my lunch to receive my order even though I ordered online before leaving the office. My chicken sandwich was bland and dry. The half salad wasnt too great either. This was my first time. I don't plan to visit again during lunch.

You guys need to work on this new crew running this location, I’m a customer who at least eats twice a month , todays visit was horrible the whole crew need to be re trained or fired , food took for ever to come and it came missing an order , every one at the table finished their food and the missing order still did not come , they need appt of work , if you want this location not to be closed like other locations!!!!!

This was our first time eating here. We tried the pepper shrimp pizza and Greek salad and pepperoni pizza. YUM !!! Food was delicious and service was fast and friendly. We'll definitely be back.
