Przekaż informację zwrotnąI visited the restaurant for National Hamburger Day and decided to treat myself to a $0.50 burger. However, after adding fries and a drink, I didn't end up saving much. I was really disappointed with the fries—they were much smaller than I expected; if I had wanted a small size, I would have ordered one. Additionally, the drive-thru employee seemed unfriendly and lacked enthusiasm for her job. To top it off, I requested extra pickles for my burger, but I didn't receive any at all. I've definitely had better experiences at other locations.
I just don’t understand how these restaurants stay in business with such a lack of customer service. They could really learn a thing or two from Chick-fil-A, which clearly knows how to run a successful operation. It’s evident that good customer service is crucial for success, and it makes me wonder why some restaurants are thriving while others are struggling.
Everything about this place sucks, despite being in the best possible location. It's always a pigsty and the people who work here managers included would never be allowed to work anywhere else. I hope corporate replaces them all with robots if this is the best they can do with humans.
My fries were stale and cold. My cheeseburger was luke warm.
I stood at the register for several minutes, being ignored while the girl with her back to me chewed gum. The tables were dirty, and the sweet tea was empty. There were no lids available at the soda station, so I had to go up and ask for one.
