Lost Pizza Co. - Collierville

Nice little place to eat. Great food and great service. Always worth a visit.

Waited almost an hour for an online order that was supposed to be ready at 1130. They didn't even call to advise they were behind. But what really got to me was just the service in general. The waitresses were rude and angry, I get their busy but they shouldn't take it out on each other or customers. They ignored me as I waited at the counter trying to get an update, they addressed two other customers that came up behind me in that time though.

Honestly...Ordered a calzo, it came on paper. Cutting into it was disastrous. Ended up with shredded soggy paper under my food.The lady behind us at a booth got her pizza but waited and waited and waited for her daughters food. 45 minutes later (after serving other people obviously) they refunded her and said it would come right out. Nope. It took another 25 minutes and another reminder from the customer to get her daughter's food.3 stars because my husband and daughter like it.

Walked in around 11:30 for a quick lunch, service was great food was tasty, only thing I’d change is number of bathrooms available.(not enough)Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring family and small kidsWheelchair accessibility: Door is wide and no stairs inside.

Good pizza, lots of dining space, and there's an ice cream shop right next door. Great place to take a family.
