Kfc - Collierville

I went yesterday with my family to have burgers . I was very disappointed with the food they gave when I open it ,it was so cold and not even able to chew as it was so hard. It seems they have given the kept food not fresh at all. We threw all the food which makes me upset.? I visited this area first time and for sure last time.

There was 4 people working inside with no one in drive tru, we waited 15 mins with no one taking our order. I asked if someone can take our order please and they started Laughing and keeped on talking. Most awful customer service in my life, we just went to captain D'S. You need to fire who is working there, 2 customers walked out before us. Your restaurant will never succeed with them working there.

How can you mess up a famous bowl. I ordered 2 and one had no gravy. Enough corn for 5 people. The tenders were dried up like they were cooked this morning. Can someone please take their time and get the orders correct. Especially since I sat at the drive thru window for 10 mins on them.

Bad service chicken wasn’t done there wasn’t anyone at the window and I still had to wait on my food on my lunch break just to look at some **** chicken never again that was a donation potatoes taste like they was made with some chicken grease.

Lobby is filthy Tables and floor dirty. Couldn't have been cleaned within a week or more. Chicken was greasy and old. Collierville,Tn KFC clean up that place. Should be condemned..
