Ichiban Buffet - Collierville

Great sushi and food in general. Many choices and I go there a couple times a month. I have eaten similar food in several other cities and would rate them the third best of them all.

If I could give it no stars, I would. Me, my boyfriend and his daughter went to have lunch there, I suggested it because a few years ago the food was good. We all ended up sick, the food was terrible, it wasn?t fresh at all and with nobody but us and the employees there should have been a warning sign from the get go. Definitely would not recommend.

I had the All-Day Dinner Buffet on Sunday, and it was a classic American-Chinese experience. The buffet was clean, and the dishes were fresh. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive. Although the food was fresh, I found it a bit on the salty side, possibly to complement the rice and noodles. Overall, it was a nice buffet in the Collierville area, and I will definitely return.

The restaurant is in dire need of a remodel. The food is quite good, especially when it's freshly prepared. I decided to give it another chance, and both the staff and the food exceeded my expectations. I can see that they are making great improvements since the pandemic.

I had a truly delightful experience. The staff served the food for you to ensure everything remained uncontaminated. They were exceptionally courteous and genuine. They consistently refilled my water, which speaks volumes considering how much I drink. The food was quite tasty, and the sushi was surprisingly good. You could tell they used to offer a wider selection, but there was still plenty of variety to put together a very satisfying meal.
