Corky's Ribs Bbq - Collierville

The food was decent, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations for a Memphis BBQ restaurant. However, it wasn’t bad overall.

This place is outstanding. I've been part of a competitive BBQ team for ten years, focusing on ribs, and I can honestly say these are some of the best ribs in Memphis. I usually go for the wet style because I love the sauce, but I hear their dry ribs are excellent too. The sides are fantastic, and the fried pickles and onions are absolutely delicious!

I just wanted to share that our waitress, Jennifer Stephens, was amazing during our meal at Corky. She was quick and engaging, and we enjoyed chatting with her. She also had a great sense of humor, which made the experience even better. Thank you, Jennifer!!!

Great night out. It wasn't in a while. Had a simple pulled pork plate. It was very good. Our server was very attentive. We liked to go back the next weekend

I've been going to this place my whole life and it's a shame to see what has happened to it. They've changed their onion loaf to where it's not recognizable anymore. More like large onion rings smushed together. The breading was soggy with grease and overcooked yet the onions were undercooked. The pulled pork sandwich was dry and had little flavor. The ribs tasted like they smothered them in nothing but paprika and they were overcooked. Hush puppies were chewy. The beans were still pretty good. It's the only thing i actually enjoyed. I used to rave about Corky's to everyone, but now I might never go back.
