Chick-fil-a - Collierville

This location started out being one of my favorites I would travel out of my way to come here not anymore ! The service is not all the great the workers here seem annoyed rather than other locations I've been to. The fries are sometimes cold and not fresh. My biggest issue here is the way the building is set up its very tight and congested!

Get ready to consistently wait 30-45 minutes for your breakfast. The food is good and the app is easy but the wait time is a deal killer.

I pick up doordash orders here often, and sometimes food for myself. They are always friendly, and usually have the food ready on time. I appreciate the parking spots on the side for delivery drivers, so we do not have to enter the parking lot.

Absolutely the worst ChickFila I have every been to. Terrible at both processing drive thru and managing inside customers. Always looks like there are too many people standing around unsure of what their role is. The food is never fresh tasting and fries are always shorted (oddest thing to cheap on). Management needs to seriously consider replacing on staff leaders.

Went through drive thru late at night. Service was fast, friendly and accurate. Food was great as usual!Food: 5/5
