Back Yard Burgers - Collierville

The waffle fries are absolutely delicious! I might go so far as to say they're even better than those at Chick-fil-A! The kids' burger meal is fantastic, especially when compared to typical fast food options. It's also wonderful to have an indoor playground and treehouse for the kids to enjoy on rainy days. Just a heads-up: the tile floors can be slippery!

Earlier this week, I visited the restaurant and found that the peach cobbler was sold out. Today, I returned and was pleased to see that they had two available. I placed my order and was third in line at the window. Suddenly, a young man came out of the rear door with my cobblers. He recognized me from my previous visit! When I asked for his name, he introduced himself as Anthony. He truly embodies friendliness, courtesy, and exceptional customer service.

Never had a problem at this location. They worth every bit of my 24 Bucks,,, despite stuff high ???????????????????????????????????????? You wanna go cheap an play with your cells, system and get sick,,, go purchase Mc Donald's ????????

I ordered a blackened chicken sandwich but received a blackened veggie burger instead. Unfortunately, the veggie burger wasn't really blackened; it was burnt! I gave it 2 stars because the milkshake and fries were good. Otherwise, I would have rated it 1 star.

Ok so I realize this isn't a typical experience and I love backyard burger but this is unacceptable. I placed an online order to this branch while I was sitting in their parking lot. Reason is because I was in a 16ft box truck that wouldn't fit through drive-thru. There was a line of cars in the drive-thru as well. So place my order, eventually go to the door. I discover that the store is actually empty and closed. People continued to line the drive-thru as long as I sat there trying to get a refund from corporate over the phone. Because although the store was closed it took my money. I was blown off by corporate who said the regional manager would be the one to handle it. Haven't heard from them again so I charged back my debt card. Shame on them that they didn't have a single sign nor anything blocking drive-thru. People wasted so much time sitting there thinking they were getting their lunch. Lots probably wasted their entire lunch break. Update 7/7/22, they have a robot taking your order in drivethrough.
