Tropical Cafe - Collegeville

I visited this restaurant with a group of four and we ended up being charged $70. What struck us as particularly outrageous was that the owner served us bottled Kirkland water upon our arrival and then charged us $2 for each bottle. I've never encountered a place that doesn't offer complimentary water. Additionally, the owner spoke to us in a condescending tone and was quite unhelpful. If you're looking for hookah in Collegeville, I would recommend going elsewhere. We felt completely taken advantage of, and charging for water is just absurd. From other reviews I've read, it seems that the owner's pricing is inconsistent and can vary based on his mood, which is very unprofessional.
