Przekaż informację zwrotnąExtremely disappointed in my drive thru experience with this Popeyes. I ordered a 4 Piece bone in chicken meal spicy, and I exclusively asked for mixed pieces. They gave me 3 leg pieces and 1 wing piece all were mild. I expected a box for those pieces at least but nope! Received them in a brown paper bag like I was carrying alcohol lmao. Chicken was dry, usually it?s a lot juicy on the inside when I get it on other popeyes locations.The fries didn?t seem fresh, not at all crispy. Just sad. The large coke I ordered with it was extremely watery! And I ordered the drink with no ice, so how do you explain it being almost completely tasteless? How can you mess up a simple fountain drink? This was my second visit as during my first one I thought it may have been a one time issue, looks like this is just how this fast food runs here in college station. I will NEVER visit this location ever again and I?ll make sure to let my friends/colleagues know to stay away from this fast food restaurant.
WHAT AN AWESOME ESTABLISHMENT! Let me tell ya, old blood took care of us. Got the biscuits! Got the pies! Got the fries and the chicken! Surprise motha it?s some fries! Management is exceptional can tell they?re going in the right direction.
On 05/10/22 after work my son asked for Popeyes for dinner and I promise you I was not trying to go to this new store on Texas Ave due to the past service experiences. When I tell you the crew looked like all young men working and I mentioned to them how I noticed it?s all young men (not that young ladies can?t do the job great too) but this was the first I saw team work working together and in sync. I promise you this was the first time I wasn?t disappointed with my dinner from this store. Food hot and very fresh. Even my son said ?dang this chicken good this time?. I was order 97 and I give 5 ?? Keep up the good work. It was worth the wait. Ms Lynda S.
Not only was I told they ran out of white meat, and I could not wait for any to be cooked, I was sold some old cajun rice. I went to KFC across the street to purchase chicken when I noticed the rice I purchased was unsatisfactory. I walked back in and requested a refund and 3 things happened. 1. I was told I could not get a refund due to biting on the rice, 2. A pregnant employee was very rude and disrespectful. I asked her to get someone else because she had a very bad attitude, 3. The female employee in charge was also rude and threw my rice in the garbage and took my receipt. I asked for the rice back out of the garbage and asked for my receipt back and put a complaint in with corporate. Corporate issued a refund and noted each concern. Per Corporate, a refund should have been issued at the store. Rufus (the manager) sincerely needs to know policy. Rufus told the female employee in charge that i could not receive a refund after she called him on the phone. Rufus was not present. I will be receiving a follow up from corporate in 3 business days and this was also elevated to the owner of this particular store as well as the district manager. College Station, boycott this store until the products and services of the employees either closes down completely or improves. No one in our city deserves to pay fair prices in a recession and be treated like trash.
I love the food at Popeyes and have been going to this specific on for maybe two years at this point. While the service has never been good, it 's usually tolerable. Lately, though, the drive-thru service has gotten terrible. The wait to even order can reach 15 minutes or more. And that 's if they 're even taking orders. Twice, so far, I 've not even gotten to order. The first time, I was told, We can 't help you, after being told, We 'll be right with you. The second time, today, I was at the speaker and waited a little under 10 minutes before just leaving. There was no car in front of me so I don 't know what the hold up was.
