The app indicates that soup is unavailable in certain areas, but that’s not consistent across the board. I tried calling three times but received no answer. The experience at the drive-thru was unpleasant due to the staff member’s attitude. She was rude and corrected our wording from “choose 2” to “pick 2,” which felt unnecessary. Her behavior was really off-putting, and I can see why the reviews reflect similar sentiments!

I ordered two Strawberry Banana smoothies, specifically requesting that one be made without milk. Unfortunately, there were no markings on the cups to indicate which smoothie was dairy-free. I reached out to Ben, who identified himself as the manager. His response was quite laid-back, and he mentioned that they do not have any guidelines for labeling special dietary drinks.

Paid 5 mice for a smoothie and another 5 cheese grilled for a child. the grilled cheese was cold and soggy and came with a tube of strawberry yogurt covered with old food and dirt. the smoothie tasted terrible. My friends liked their soup and pizza. Food: 1/5

Did curbside, took them 30 minutes to bring food, but had to call them and remind them I was there. Couldn't go to drive thru, it was closed. Probably won't go back, horrible service.
