Jack In The Box - College Station

The worst service ever. I went to the breakfast there and the dame opened the window with a setting and said can i help you?! so I asked if they were open because I was confused by their attitude. she said yes, the sign says open. get all new employees. the current do not earn jobs.

The food for two was fresh and tasteful. Friday afternoon and manager ran a great team.

They were extremely rude, took 30 minutes to get help on the trip. the service was terrible I recommend literally any other jack in the box other than this

It seems that Jack-in-the-Box is offering smaller burgers while labeling them as jumbo jacks. Additionally, I experienced a 20-minute wait in the drive-thru despite there being no cars ahead of me. I received a response regarding the long wait time for my food, but there was no mention of the smaller burger sizes I received instead of the three jumbo jacks I ordered. If you want to retain customers, perhaps being honest with them would be a better approach.

I visited Jack in the Box twice during my NSC since I wasn't very familiar with the restaurant. During both trips, I ordered chicken nuggets, curly fries, a bacon burger, and a soda. The food was a fantastic value, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!
