Freezing Cow Rolling Ice Cream was great. I went with the coconut milk because, you know, it’s healthier. ; If you haven’t been to a Thai ice cream place like this, it’s time. Freezing Cow has a great variety of toppings and flavors. Next time I’m in College Station, I know where I’m going!

I came across this highly recommended dessert spot and decided to give it a try. One word to describe it - delicious! You can choose your flavors and two toppings. I selected the #6 with brownie pieces. The way they prepare your order is fascinating. They have a freezing cold, stainless steel flat top where they pour your flavor and constantly mix your ice cream around. If you choose a fruit like strawberry, they add fresh strawberries and chop them up inside the ice cream for an authentic taste. You can watch through a glass window as they skillfully prepare your order. The technique of smoothing out the ice cream into thin layers and rolling it up into individual rolls is impressive. Each roll is then placed in a cup, topped with your choice of toppings, and served. Everything from the flavor to the toppings is mouthwatering. I love it! It's even better than Blue Bell.

The ice cream at this restaurant is extremely tasty! I would give it a 5-star rating if the cleanliness of the floor and store was better (there was a large roach on the floor) and if there wasn't an automatic tip added to my bill when I used the kiosk to place my order.

This restaurant was a one-of-a-kind experience for me. They take the fruit of your choice and crush it on a subzero metal plate until it becomes a frozen paste. They then add a liquid non-dairy cream and mix it all together until frozen. Toppings are added and your order is called out. Then it's time to enjoy a delicious treat with every bite.

I had my doubts before giving this restaurant a try, but I must say, it exceeded my expectations! I was thrilled by the experience and guarantee you won't be let down!
