Chicken Express Wellborn Rd

The staff at the restaurant were helpful and friendly. The service was excellent, and the food was fresh and hot! The only disappointing thing was that they no longer have actual bones in their hot wings, which used to be my son's favorite. The boneless wings were decent, but he didn't enjoy them as much. My meal was fantastic; I got exactly what I ordered, and of course, I enjoyed their fabulous sweet tea!

This is definitely the best Chicken Express I've ever tried, and I've been to quite a few! The staff is consistently friendly, especially if you dine in. The food is always delicious. ❤️✨

I ordered food from this restaurant today and returned to work only to find that 3 out of the 4 pieces of chicken were undercooked. I wanted to inform them about it, but they seemed to brush it off. They offered to replace the order, which I appreciated, but I really can't afford to go out for lunch twice due to their mistake. Usually, I don't have any issues with this place.

I ordered fish fillet dinner. During the order, the employee interrupts me. I was told it was 12-14 minutes. That was good. I ordered the fish. But 25 minutes later, I had to get my order. When I came home, I did not have one of my pages (Kolbenslawe). Then fish was cooked. Very disappointed!

I ordered a hot boneless chicken wings. Received absolutely worst quality burnt chicken wings. Provided my feedback regarding the same and they did nothing. I'm surprised.
