Akiyama - College Point

The dining experience was superb! The staff was incredibly friendly and all the dishes were made with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it, 10/10!

This is not an authentic Japanese restaurant. I ordered the gyudon and the rice was completely soaked in sauce, almost like soup. Additionally, there were broccoli, carrots, and other ingredients that are not traditionally found in gyudon. The beef slices were also flat strips. Please focus on making authentic Japanese food.

This restaurant was a complete disaster from placing the order to delivery, which took forever. Despite all the issues, I managed to enjoy the salmon sushi, although it was a bit tough and seemed more like a shrimp bowl.

Fantastic service and amazing food, had to knock off a star because I wanted to go on a Sunday!!

Akiyama is a smallish Japanese restaurant but it is the go to place for my family when we are in the area. Everything is prepared exquisitely and the taste is always amazing.Try the chicken negimaki appetizer!!
