Panda Express - College Place

What a disappointing experience! I paid $52 for my family's dinner, only to be told later that they didn't have teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken. So, we ended up with plain chicken for all five meals. To top it off, they were quick to offer us some hot mustard as a substitute. Thanks for that!

What kind of Asian restaurant doesn’t have soy sauce? You were out of ice for weeks, and now I’m wondering how long it will be before you restock the soy sauce. I even saw the clerk filling to-go orders for customers behind me before she got to mine. The drive-thru wait was the longest I’ve ever experienced; Del Taco moved nine cars ahead of me while I only moved two spots. What a disappointment!

I have never been so disappointed with an employee at this restaurant. I've always enjoyed my meals here.

I'm giving this restaurant a 1-star rating because there wasn't an option for 0 stars. Although the young woman who assisted me was kind, the young man at the cash register really let down the experience.
