Belvedere - Collalto Sabino

We arrived not to find a bathroom we went to the bar has intrigued the restaurant adjacent to the menu and the price . We found a family welcome,genuine,a Christmas climate,heated environment, plentiful portions, exceptional orange cream arist,I asked for the recipe to make it home because even children licked the mustache. We ate very well and spent little. We are also of the profession and having a restaurant eating well and healthy you understand also at the time of digestion. An applause to the owners and to the gentleman Alfredo kind and very sweet with the children attracted also by the reindeer at the entrance, the restaurant also has an exceptional panoramic terrace surely we will return in spring! We highly recommend it.

Visiting the Collalto Sabina's medieval borgo we stopped to eat in this restaurant, which offers a wonderful veranda. Good hospitality, courtesy and good food.

This small restaurant is placed just behind the town hall (take care that GPS will bring you at the top of the village, a bit far from it). It is very simple and the atmosphere is totally familiar. The view is truly great, embracing the valley and the Turano lake. The food has been, both the time I've been there, amazing: the Mrs owner does the majority of the dishes by hand and the ingredients are first choice. Truffle ravioli, roasted lamb, fresh roasted chicory, a couple of different cakes, beer, coffee and a fantastic gentian liquor for a total amount of 25€ is the cherry on the top of the cake. Said from an Italian gourmand, who I am, I'll came back again for sure.
